Yamnuska Hall – The University of Calgary Student Residence

This design build project consisted of a major site redevelopment that resulted in the design and construction of 219 suite student residence. Located on the south west quadrant of the University of Calgary campus, this building is home to 596 residents. Built by ITC Construction Group, the University of Calgary’s new student residence is a 7 storey concrete structure with an “H” shape layout with the ground floor containing administrative, conference facilities and Commercial/Retail space. The project was completed ahead of schedule.The buiding achieved LEED Silver certification and was delivered within budget and ahead of schedule.
