UBC Marine Towers Residence

A 17 & 18 storey hi-rise with 311 suites student residences and amenity areas in UBC area of Vancouver. UBC Marine Drive Residences is a vibrant student residential complex consisting of three reinforced concrete buildings – 19, 18, and 7 stories totaling 411,273 square feet. A mix of studio style, double, and quadruple living quarters provide 460 student residences units for UBC. The project involved deconstruction of an existing lab facility on the site for the new towers. The towers were constructed amongst a number of occupied facilities and a busy campus compounding site logistics and an already demanding schedule.
