Originally built in 1989, the commercial/retail component of the Carlyle has undergone a significant renovation. The revitalization efforts of the retail units required a complete refit of the electric system including the distribution and fire alarm. We also added LED lighting to the exterior of the building. The new retailers at the Carlyle include De Beers and Tory Burch.
