Tower 2 is a 52-storey mixed-use residential tower located in Surrey City Centre, steps from SkyTrain’s Surrey Central Station. The building features 617 homes, consisting of a mix of strata and purpose-built rental units, along with ground-level commercial space. It is the third tower in the Parkway master-planned community, which will deliver over 2,000 homes upon full build-out.
