Built by ITC Construction Group, Luna is the final tower in Qualex Landmark’s 3-tower development along Calgary’s Beltline. Luna is a 30 storey tower, with 218 units (including 6 live/work townhouses) and 3 levels of underground parking. Amenity space includes the Luna lounge with wet bar, oversized feature fireplace, and pool table that onto the landscaped 53 sqft courtyard and Zen garden, including terraced seating surrounding an open air gas fireplace. In addition to a cardio and weight training room, Luna sports a dedicated yoga studio, and men’s and women’s individual steam rooms with private change and shower facilities.
