Burquitlam Park District is a master-planned, mixed-use community by Intergulf Development, located at the intersection of Clarke Road and Como Lake Avenue in West Coquitlam, one block from Burquitlam SkyTrain Station. Phase 1 introduces 40- and 33-storey condominium towers with 663 strata homes, a retail podium, and a 37-space daycare, with Phase 2 adding a further 213 homes in a 27-storey tower. Residents have access to nearly 49,000 sq ft of amenities including a fitness centre, co-working spaces, entertainment room, and outdoor gathering areas.
