564 Beatty is another interesting heritage restoration project undertaken by Reliance Properties. This office building includes extensive heritage restoration, seismic upgrade and the addition of 5 floors to the existing six floors. Originally built in 1909 and known as Beatty Gate, 564 Beatty is located next to the Stadium Station. The finished result will see a contemporary simple cubic form made of glass and steel atop the restored heritage façade.
