Harris Green Village is a three-phase, mixed-use redevelopment spanning two downtown Victoria city blocks, delivering over 1,500 rental homes and 100,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space. Phase 1 at 1045 Yates Street consists of 20- and 21-storey towers with 526 rental suites, including 80 below-market affordable units, atop a podium housing the Market on Yates grocery store and a daycare facility. The community also features publicly accessible open spaces, landscaped courtyards, and rooftop social spaces.
